What is the Process?

Step 1: Assessment

At your first appointment we discover your wants and goals so that we can tailor our process and create a bespoke and comprehensive plan for you.

We want to ensure that your mouth is healthy and suitable for treatment, so we will undertake a detailed examination which will include any required x-rays.

We will take photographs, videos and a digital scan of your teeth.

Step 2: Trial Smile

If necessary, a thin layer of enamel will be removed from your teeth.  We will then place your trial smile into your mouth.  This allows you to see and check your new smile so you have full control over the result.  It also allows you to show your friends and family.

Step 3: Review and Shade Selection

If there is anything that you would like changed, we can easily adjust it on the trial smile so we know that before we commit to the porcelain veneers you will be getting exactly what you want.

At this appointment we will be checking the colour and shape of the teeth.  We will also examine the bite to make sure it is comfortable and assess your speech.

Once you and the dentist are happy, further photographs, videos and impression are taken and sent to the ceramist to create your veneers.

Step 4: Fitting the veneers

Before the veneers are permanently fitted a last check will be done with the veneers in place to make sure that you are completely happy with them.

The trial smile will be removed and the new porcelain veneers bonded onto the teeth.

Step 5: Review

We invite you back for a final check of the veneers, to make sure that your bite is comfortable and that you are happy with the appearance.

Final videos and photographs will be taken.
